Winning my first
Havoline Western Late Model race at Stockton 99 is
just the best feeling, said Duncan.
Weve been close earlier in the season
but we finally did it. Our success on the track is
due to the great driver development program between
Bill McAnally Racing and Richard Childress Racing
and their joint commitment to the Drive for
Diversity initiative. This is great and we
cant wait to do it again.
Duncan is tied for the
lead in the track point standings on the strength
of the victory and four second-place finishes in
the seasons first eight races. She and Sarah
Fisher, who competes in the NASCAR Grand National
Division, West Series, were named on January 26 as
BMR/RCR teammates in the Drive for Diversity
program.

and Driver, page 122.
Richard Childress
Racing (RCR):
Richard Childress Racing
(RCR) set the standard for modern-era stock car
racing teams. Based just south of Winston-Salem in
Welcome, N.C., RCR (www.rcrn.com) has earned nine
championships and more than 125 victories and was
the first NASCAR organization to win championships
in the NEXTEL Cup Series, Busch Series and Truck
Series. RCR fields the NEXTEL Cup series teams of
Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton and Dave Blaney, and the
Busch Series teams of Clint Bowyer and the
two-driver team of Harvick and Brandon Miller. Also
scheduled in 2005 is a four-race Cup program with
Kerry Earnhardt, eldest son of Dale Earnhardt,
legendary driver of RCRs famed black No. 3 GM
Goodwrench Chevrolets.
Bill McAnally Racing
(BMR):
Bill McAnally Racing (BMR)
was founded in 1986 by former NASCAR Grand National
Division West Series driver Bill McAnally with one
vision; winning championships. Located in Rocklin,
California, BMR won three back to back
championships and recorded 24 victories in the
series. Alumni drivers include Austin Cameron and
Nextel Cup drivers Brendan Gaughan, Jim
Inglebright, Clint Bowyer and Kerry Earnhardt. In
2005, BMR welcomes veteran driver Steve Portenga
and Indy Racing League favorite Sarah Fisher to the
team.
