Teabagging Back in the News
A 17-year-old Austin, Minnesota hockey player faces charges of aiding
and abetting indecent exposure, and fifth-degree criminal sexual
conduct after another player claims he was the victim of hazing. It
all apparently happened last summer after what was called a
"captain's practice" (no coaches allowed by league rules) for the
Austin High team. According to the victim, he was in the locker room
when another player asked him to step into an adjoining room for a
"team meeting." Actually, there was no team meeting, just a couple of
guys--one who was allegedly naked--who wanted to play a prank on him.
One of the attackers was naked and, according to police, tried to
"make nonconsensual sexual contact with him", but the boy was able to
push him away. We're hearing from sources that what was actually
attempted was a practice known as teabagging, when one person is held
down while another drags his scrotum across the victim's face.
