Women in Racing List

Karting has always been a great proving ground for future great drivers. Names like Mario, Tomas were common in the old days. Enter a new era with names like Jessica, Ashley, Jody, Beth, Courtney, Kimberly, Dawn, Sherry, Lindsay, Kristin, Tiffany, Deanna, Amy, Amanda, Nicole, just to name a few of the women who competed in November, 2005 at Road Atlanta. My how times have changed - thank goodness!

We have compiled information on women in racing. If we have a photo, you will see it by clicking on the Lenny icon. If her name is blue, that takes you directly to her web site. If she has E-mail, that is also highlighted in blue. * menas she is playing herself in the movie Girl Racers. Red means that she was selectioned by Autoweek And, if you see , click on it to get more information about her from our web site.

As of 6/17/07 we list 1,443 women racers, nearly 300 individual photos, and the rest with no photo and little or no information. Do you know any woman who is or has raced competitively against men that is or isn't on this list.
